1. What is a concierge service?
You can call or email 24/7 and ask for our help, or use our online concierge service. Our lifestyle managers will advise on, source and book what you require at face value, usually less. For example, we can save you 10% on most travel services.
4. How does Ten manage to get such great access to tickets?
We have built up our contacts over the last 18 years and have access to ticket allocations at all major venues. In addition, we make sure our members are alerted as soon as their favourite artists or teams announce dates so that they have the best chance of securing a face-value ticket.
3. Is there a fair usage policy? 
We have a fair usage policy, but it's very generous and most members never need to refer to it.

5. What's your membership cancellation policy?
Cancellations and refunds will be carried out within 14 working days. Members may cancel their membership at any time by giving one month’s notice. Members may cancel at any point during an official invitation-only trial and will not be charged.
